• Generate $1-15 million of EBITDA
• Make and/or sell synthetic outdoor living products
Whenever we partner with a new company, we work closely with their leadership to assess the current state and develop a plan to enhance engineering, product design, factory automation, sales and marketing, and fulfillment to take the company to the next level. Often, we can find significant synergies with our existing product portfolio, customer base, channels to market, and manufacturing base.
